POSITION PURPOSE:

The Digital Ad Operations Specialist will work closely with the Digital Sales Specialist to ensure campaign execution and reporting.  You will be responsible for setting up campaigns for our Owned and Operated Digital Products and our Audience Extension Products. In addition to setting up these campaigns, this person is responsible for ensuring the campaigns and creative are executed on-time and are monitored. This person is an organized, detailed oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks in different areas of the digital sales and content arena.  You will help to ensure a smooth operation and drive revenue across the Bonneville Seattle cluster.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ad Manager Owned and Operated digital management, which includes ad placements for the following: apps, Desktop, and Mobile.
  • Learn Omni for On Demand analytics, ensure proper ad placement and serve as a backup for ad trafficking
  • Learn Triton for analytics and for ad placement on all streaming platforms (desktop, video & smart speaker)
  • Native article advertising implementation
  • Monitor programmatic advertising and maximize to achieve highest amount of revenue possible
  • Manage digital rate cards
  • Oversee all digital sales materials
  • Manage Wrike digital request form
  • Provide campaign recaps
  • Monthly analytic reporting via Google Analytics
  • Work with DSS in Campaign Reporting/Recaps
  • Provide impression availability forecasts
  • Review key metrics daily and investigate any potential problems
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • High attention to detail
  • Capable of fulfilling client digital services directly and/or through AEs.
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with a proven capability of independently organizing (utilizing a time management system), performing work, and assuring follow-through.
  • Strong analytics, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Knowledge of the Internet and social media platforms.  
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize, analyze and interpret statistical data. Draw conclusions from finding and follow-through.
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision, confidential information and be a self starter.
  • Capable and willing to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments.
  • A high level of proficiency with computers, software and new technologies.
  • Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to handle stress.
  • Ability to consistently work hours required. May work more when required to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain positive and cooperative rapport with staff, management and clients

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

  • Lift, move, and carry up to 20 pounds on occasion
